GRAMMAR OF PREVENTION: Presentation of the book by Alfonso Ramírez de Arellano, questions and subsequent debate

ISSUP Spain invites you to its Webinar on the Grammar of Prevention.

The event will be presented and hosted by Mireia Pascual, journalist and director of the magazine Independientes, the author of the book will summarize the main lines of the book and  answer the questions posed by experts in prevention related to the difficulty of carrying out family preventive programs, with the minimum resources of the municipality to develop an effective local prevention. with prevention and communication, with selective and indicated prevention, with early detection and the frontier with assistance or the links between research and programme implementation.

Speakers:

  • Driver: Mireia Pascual. Journalist specialized in addictions. He runs his own magazine and collaborates with entities in the sector.
  • Author: Alfonso Ramírez de Arellano. Clinical psychologist, director of the Social Prevention Unit of the Provincial Council of Huelva, author of several books on addictions, awarded for his informative and research work in addiction prevention.
  • Expert and editor of the book: Rosa Suarez. Clinical psychologist and director of the Center for Health Promotion Studies (CEPS)
  • Guest Expert: Víctor Villanueva. PhD in Psychology, Director of the Master's Degree in Prevention at the International University of Valencia (VIU).
  • Guest Expert: Manuel Isorna. PhD in Psychology Professor at the University of Vigo and coordinator of the drug addiction prevention programme of several municipalities.
  • Guest Expert: Otger Amatller Clinical psychologist, Coordinator of the Prevention Department of the Health and Community Foundation, Professor of the Master's Degree in Drug Addiction at the University of Barcelona. 
  • Guest Expert: Patricia Ros
