Job Duties:

  • Oversee the management, development and promotion of credentialing services with countries and promote GCCC concept.
  • Maintain the standards of GCCC credentialing.
  • Measure the quality and effectiveness of program implementation.
  • Inter-organization and intra-organization Liaison.
  • Manage and direct the GCCC project, including managing the project budget, its activities and personnel, and providing expert technical oversight and quality assurance of all aspects of the project.
  • Administrative functions.

Education and Work Experience:

  • A Master's Degree in the Field of Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Developmental Studies, Medicine, International Affairs, Social Sciences or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in regulatory board, credentialing body, or entity related to credentialing, 2 years of which is at supervisory position and at least 2 years at management level.
  • Experience in development and delivery of education/training related to health care and Substance Use Disorders.

Or

  • A Bachelor's Degree in the Field of Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Developmental Studies, Medicine, International Affairs, Social Sciences or related fields.

With

  • Minimum of 10 years experience working in regulatory board, credentialing body, or entity related to credentialing, 2 years of which is at supervisory position and at least 2 years at management level.
  • Experience in development and delivery of education/training related to health care and Substance Use Disorders.

For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required. Knowledge of another United Nations language is an advantage.
