South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust has a rich history, well-established community links and an international reputation. We deliver specialist services in the London boroughs of Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark, Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Wandsworth and Richmond.

Job overview

You will work within the Richmond Community Drug and Alcohol Service (R-CDAS) to case manage and key-work a defined caseload of clients presenting with any drug or alcohol problem within the Borough and be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical care through individual care-planning and in liaison with the multidisciplinary team.

This is a consortium partnership comprised of We Are With You, St Mungo's , CDARS and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) with SLaM being the lead agency in this model. This is a cross borough contract since 1st April 2020 with shared leadership and specialist roles as well as local core services.

We  provide an excellent and first class range of drug and alcohol treatment options to residents of Wandsworth and Richmond . Our services are busy and dynamic, with a strong recovery focus. We currently operate across several sites in the two boroughs  plus various satellites including in primary care.
