Dayana Vincent - speaker

Dayana Vincent is a dedicated social impact leader with over 25 years of experience in grassroots development, inclusive education, and youth empowerment. As Founder and Director of Fourth Wave Foundation (established 2006), she has pioneered community-driven initiatives such as Project VENDA — empowering more than 300,000 children in Kerala to reject drugs — and inclusive schooling programs for children with disabilities.

She holds an MA in Human Resource Management (Pondicherry University), a Postgraduate Diploma in Child Rights Law (NLSIU, Bangalore), and an advanced CSR certification from the Swedish Institute, Stockholm Dayana has been a featured speaker at major international forums including TEDx, UNODC sessions in Vienna, the Geneva Ethics Forum, and the Zero Project conference.

She serves on regional boards, including the World Federation Against Drugs and actively shapes policy in Asia-Pacific through UN and NGO forums.

This presentation explores the youth leadership model adopted by the Fourth Wave Foundation, which over the past two decades has mobilised thousands of young individuals to be catalysts of change through collaborative, community-focused initiatives, including those specifically aimed at substance use prevention.
