Team_Ghana (Project CATA)

We had the opportunity to speak live on Radio Univers 105.7 (Ghana´s leading Campus based radio station).

We used the platform to generally sensitize Ghanaians about the great work being done by young drug advocates and policy reformers here in Ghana and various Civil Society Organizations to bring a change in the status quo in the sphere of Drug Abuse and its Policy Reforms.

We called upon Government and our Law Makers to expedite actions towards ending the disastrous war on drugs especially those that directly harm the youth. We stated unequivocally for the implementation of safer drug policies because A Student cannot Spend 10 years in Prison just for Possessing or Using a roll of Marijuana which cost less than Ghc1.00.(https://twitter.com/univers1057fm/status/1098860908774899714?s=19)
