Drug Use Prevention Caribbean Youth Leaders

The Executive Secretariat of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) of the Organization of American States (OAS) trained youth from 13 OAS English-speaking Caribbean member states to become youth leaders in preparation for the Caribbean Youth Forum on Drug Use Prevention to be held in Barbados, in October 2019. Training was implemented in collaboration with Colombo Plan.
