This teleconference will outline how commissioners and providers can ensure the capacity and quality of drug treatment services are maintained, and drug users’ access to wider healthcare is improved, in order to prevent further increases in drug misuse deaths. It will be relevant to local authorities, NHS service providers, health and wellbeing boards, public health professionals, CCGs, pharmacists, social care professionals and the voluntary sector.
