Webinar on psychological flexibility for addictive behaviours

Flyer to promote the non-profitable awareness and educational session

On June 3 Friday evening, 2022, a webinar was held to educate youth, students and professionals about a new clinical construct called Psychological Flexibility. The importance of this ability was elaborated in the context of managing addictive behaviors and the damage caused by substance use. It has special skills to teach for cravings and withdrawal symptoms reduction. More than 70 participants attended the webinar. Host, Miss Faiza Iqbal, M.Phil. Scholar joined as organizer of the event, she represents Fatima Hope Psychological Center. The detail of the trainer for this session is given below.
