Recovery and the Workplace
We are excited to share with you presentations from two unique international programs of recovery and return to working productivity: San Patrignano, a recovery community in Italy, and Obra Social Ferroviaria, railway workers' health service of Argentina.
Webinar Objectives
- Participants will learn about two unique international approaches to recovery and return to the workplace.
- Attendees will understand the importance of the return to working productivity to a person's recovery from substance use disorders.
- Participants will learn about issues encountered by both employers and employees when recovering workers return to the workplace following treatment.
- Attendees will learn about the impacts of stigma in the workplace.
