Zainul Muttaqien - speaker

Brigadier General M. Zainul Muttaqien currently serves as Deputy for Prevention at the Indonesian National Narcotics Board (BNN RI). He holds bachelor's and master's degrees and is a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia.

As a police officer, he has served as an investigator, assessor, and auditor within the Indonesian National Police. He has also completed international short courses in South Korea, Japan, France, the Netherlands, Europe, and the United States, reflecting his commitment to global best practices in narcotics prevention and policy.
