The Society for Study of Addiction (SSA) is pleased to present the launch of a series of short films celebrating 'Women in Addiction'.
The event will be chaired by SSA Trustee Julia Sinclair (Professor of Psychiatry, University of Southampton and Honorary Consultant in Alcohol Liaison).
SSA will start the event by presenting an overview of the series and the reasons for this project. A selection of the films will be shown, highlighting the fantastic, intellectual, inspirational female role models in the field of addiction, looking to the past, present and future. The film previews will be followed by a panel session and networking.
There is no charge for the event but you must register.
