The International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, also known as 'World Drug Day', is celebrated annually on 26 June. The theme of World Drug Day 2021 was "Share Facts on Drugs, Save Lives." The day as an event is celebrated worldwide with much conscious fervor to make people aware and emphasize the hazards of drug addiction and illegal trafficking. This year UNODC Uganda partnered with UYDEL and the Ministry of Education and Sports to commemorate the day
