The 14th edition of the Illicit Network Workshop will be hosted by Leiden University on December 9-10, directly following the annual meeting of the Child Sexual Abuse Reduction Research Network in Leiden from December 5-6. Workshop participants may want to attend both events. The city of Leiden is conveniently located at a 15 minute train ride from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
Objective: To discuss prevention strategies aimed at reducing violence and crime related to substance use in Europe.

The European Union (EU) is at a critical point in addressing drug-related violence. This violence comes in many forms and is growing in complexity. It feeds on the organised crime occurring in fragile social environments, affecting communities and perpetuating a range of problems.
