The Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) has an ambitious vision to continue world-leading research, education and clinical translation on 'what works' in the prevention and treatment of substance misuse.
To support this, we are currently recruiting for a Chair in Addictions Treatment and Recovery to provide leadership within the Addictions Department (also known as the National Addiction Centre).
This role offers an exciting opportunity to play an important role in developing stronger research into treatment and recovery, with attention to robust scientific process to shape academic strategy and also inform evolution of improved policy and practice.
The appointee will have an outstanding track-record of relevant research and will build on national and international endeavours in this field.
