NEED HELP...LETS ACT FOR SOCIO, ECONOMIC and ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

TITLE ： SOCIO ECONOMIC and ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBIILTY 

Good Day to ALL my FELLOW ISSUP MEMBERS and READERS.  I am seeking help on this awareness both on Socio Economic and Environmental Responsibility , that can be one of contributing factors why we do have COVI19.

If  WE had been keen to factors affecting our Nature , If WE had been  Responsible in what we can  contribute to establish a CLEANER AIR and Environment..Maybe WE will not suffer from  Killer Virus and Diseases that scares our generation.

But allow me to share knowledge on  descriptive data and informations why and what is happening into our atmosphere , aswell as to our environment and some advice and tips where we can adapt for change and better result.

FIRST, What is Ozone layer , caused and effect？
Ozone is  Our Planet Earth Protectant against  radiation called ultraviolet radiation, or UV light, which can penetrate organisms’ protective layers, like skin, damaging DNA molecules in plants and animals. There are two major types of UV light: UVB and UVA.

The ozone layer is getting thinner. Chemicals called chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are a reason we have a thinning ozone layer. A chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) is a molecule that contains the elements carbon, chlorine, and fluorine. CFCs are everywhere, mostly in refrigerants and plastic products. Businesses and consumers use them because they're inexpensive, they don't catch fire easily, and they don't usually poison living things. But the CFCs start eating away at the ozone layer once they get blown into the stratosphere.

 What We Need To Do is to Have an

Economic Responsibility
 A Company along with its Regulated and strict Environmental Policies must   constantly tracks, anticipates, and responds to its customers’ ever-evolving needs and expectations. Concerning product sustainability,  reviews both its primary and processed products using the Sustainable Portfolio Management (SPM) tool. SPM implementation reveals a thorough profile of each product in terms of market sustainability and environmental risk. It also indicates potential new product areas to consider for research and development. 

 Environmental Responsibility
, the Company seriously implements its environmental management in accordance with stringent legal and regulatory requirements. Regular environmental assessments are thoroughly reviewed. Corrective and preventive measures are implemented to lessen environmental impacts and maximize the efficiency of environmental resources consumption. Moreover, environmental awareness is raised and environmental culture promoted among employees and stakeholders in the Company.

Social Responsibility 
Pertains to community, society and environment, as defined in its Corporate Governance manual, lays the ground-rules for the Company’s sustainable operation and contribution to the welfare of society. The Company conducts itself as a good corporate citizen and operates its business in accordance with its clearly defined duties and responsibilities to community, society and environment. 
The Company encourages its employees to be aware of their social responsibilities in both their work and daily lives, including:•
 Creating business practices and implementing activities that are responsible and beneficial to society, both in the short and long term, and focusing on business transactions with trade partners who share common intentions regarding social and environmental responsibility.•
 Supporting learning and skills development among youths and the public and promoting awareness of natural resource and environment preservation in communities and Providing correct information, creating understanding, and listening to problems and information about impacts on surrounding communities with a view to implementing appropriate solutions, all based on the principle of co-existence between the Company’s plants and communities for mutual benefit and without conflict.•
 Supporting beneficial activities, especially in areas where the Company’s businesses are located, taking into consideration suitability and providing sustainable benefits to society and communities.• Supporting public activities and national development policy for the country’s benefit as a whole.•
