Professor, Drug Policy and Criminal Policy Ghent University
Professor Charlotte Colman teaches drug policy, criminal policy, and sociology of law at the Department of Criminology, Criminal Law and Social Law (Ghent University). She has been involved - as a senior researcher, PI or consultant- in several international, EU and national research projects in the area of drug policy evaluation, recovery and desistance, alternatives to punishment or conviction, drug-related crime and drug supply markets, yielding her invaluable research experience in the area of drug (policy). Besides having a profound academic track record consisting of scientific publications, she has drafted a vast amount of policy papers regarding the drug phenomenon.
