Mr. Bohm, Mawouena K. is the Director of ISSUP Togo and Deputy Permanent Secretary of “Comité National Anti-Drogue”, a state drug policy agency that oversees drug demand reduction and supply of the Republic of Togo.
Currently he is a PhD Student at the "Université de Picardie Jules Verne". Mr Bohm is global master trainer for UTC Program and master trainer for UPC and other several training series. Mr Bohm has played a key role in the implentation of Togo Drug Master Plan. He works closely with the Togolese Ministry of Health and other elements of the Government of Togo. As a Master Trainer, Mr Bohm has led training in other countries, in both English and French-speaking training. Mr Bohm also has represented Africa in the South-South “Global Dialogue, which brings experts and drug policy leaders together from Africa, Asia, and the Western Hemisphere to share ideas and share best practices.
