“NAVCHETNA: A new Consciousness on Life Skills and Drug Education for School Children”
ISSUP India Chapter has effectively organized a three-day training program for Master trainers on the NAVCHETNA Module. The primary objective of this training was to enhance awareness and deliver education on life skills and drugs to students in schools.

ISSUP India in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE), and the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MSJE) of the Government of India developed a teacher trainer resource module called "NAVCHETNA: A new Consciousness on Life Skills and Drug Education for School Children."
The NAVCHETNA Module was officially launched on July 30th, 2022, in Chandigarh, by the Hon'ble Union Home Minister, Shri. Amit Shah.

Regional Judicial Colloquium
A Regional Judicial Colloquium on PoCSO Act, Juvenile Justice and drug Abuse Among Children is being organized under the auspices of the Committee constituted to regulate and monitor the progress of the PoCSO Act and the Juvenile Justice Committee of the High Court on the 25th and 26th of February 2023 at hotel Kochi Marriott, Ernakulam, Kerala.
8th National FINGODAP Conference
The Eighth National Conference of the Federation of Indian Non-Governmental Organizations for Drug Abuse Prevention (FINGODAP), in collaboration with 28th World Federation of Therapeutic Communities (WFTC) with the support of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India was conducted from 2nd – 4th December 2022.
Conference was held at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi

In 2005, the Honourable High Court of Delhi made a judgement, resulting in the formation of the Juvenile Justice Committee (JJC) to address juvenile justice in regard to substance use. In 2010, the JJC of the Delhi High Court approached the Society for Promotion of Youth and Masses (SPYM) to open the first and only juvenile de-addiction centre in India
INEP plus course
The five-day workshop has successfully has begun on 28th March 2022. 18 participants working in the field of counselling with various De-addiction treatment centres attended the program.
