ISSUP India is pleased to present an upcoming webinar, "Unravelling Risk-Taking in Youth: Pathways to Positive Change," focusing on understanding risk-taking behaviors in adolescents and youth.

On June 26, 2024, ISSUP India commemorated the International Day Against Drug Abuse by organizing a series of impactful awareness programs and rallies across India. This significant day, dedicated to raising awareness about the global problem of drug abuse and promoting a drug-free society, witnessed enthusiastic participation from communities, individuals, and organizations nationwide.

ISSUP India Chapter successfully conducted a two-day training program for Master Trainers on the NAVCHETNA Module from June 19th to 21st, 2024, in Kolkata, West Bengal. The program aimed to enhance awareness and education on life skills and drug prevention for school students. About 10 NGOs participated, training over 30 teachers, counselors, social workers, and program managers.

On International Yoga Day, the women at the ISSUP India-managed Drug De-addiction and Rehabilitation Centre embraced the yoga session enthusiastically, striving to enhance their holistic well-being. Their participation underscored a commitment to personal growth and healing, highlighting the transformative power of yoga in fostering physical, mental, and emotional recovery.

On 01st May 2024, a professional delegation of thirteen Led by Angela E Maxwell, President of National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) paid a visit to ISSUP India's - De-Addiction cum Rehabilitation Center. This specialized facility, strategically located at Kotla Mubarakpur, uniquely caters to the needs of the homeless population.

ISSUP India has recently concluded a comprehensive five-day orientation program on the Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) from April 2nd to April 6th, 2024, at SPYM Centre, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Following the in-person sessions, participants will seamlessly transition to continue the course online.
