A learning environment always exists in a classroom. The teacher's role is to create a more inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students. The following are some ideas:

- Create context for the learning content so students can relate to it

- Balance the time between group instruction and individual learning time for an average student in the classroom to keep their attention towards learning

- Use hands-on learning paper help resources to introduce new concepts when relevant

- Allocate peer-to-peer learning time

- Use videos as learning hooks to introduce new concepts

- Enable students to reflect on their own learning progress periodically
