ISSUP National Chapters Meeting in Latin America during the 6th Freemind International Congress

The 6th Freemind International Congress provided its participants with much information of important and relevant content, based on scientific evidence. There were 40 national speakers and 10 international speakers, 20 hours of international training, 30 hours of lectures, 25 hours of thematic panels and 12 hours of playful activities.

In addition, the Freemind Congress hosted important meetings, such as the Latin American National Chapters Meeting. This meeting was led by the National Chapter of Brazil at ISSUP, through its General Coordinator - Paulo Martelli.

Last year, the Federal Government published the Decree establishing the New National Drug Policy, which seeks to provide more effectiveness in coping with drugs, in the prevention of the use of these substances and in the recovery of drug addicts. O Capítulo Nacional da ISSUP no Brasil e a Mobilização Freemind estiveram, de 2 a 6 de março de 2020, em Viena (Áustria) participando da 63ª Sessão da Comissão de Entorpecentes do Escritório das Nações Unidas contra Drogas e Crime (CND/UNODC).

Numa oportunidade única, além de um Treinamento Global para o qual fomos convidados e financiados pelo Governo Americano através da Fundação Drug Free America, participamos de várias outras atividades e eventos paralelos.
